Oxy/Ozone Sauna
This home sauna facilitates the uptake of ozone into the body through cutaneous (skin) absorption. It is intended to work in combination with the daily intake of ozone water for greater overall benefits. The output from the oxygen conc. and ozone generator (sold separately) are directed into the sauna along with the gentle addition of low level steam. This moistens the skin to assist in the ozone diffusing into the body. Care should be taken to vent the ozone safely and not breathe any significant amount because ozone is not tolerated well by the delicate lung tissue.
